Hood Alignment

Inspection
- Check the body to the hood dimensions. Refer to: Body and Frame .
Adjustment
Right/Left and Fore/Aft
- Loosen the nuts to permit movement of the hood. Loosen: 2 turn(s)
- Loosen the bolts. Loosen: 2 turn(s)
- Adjust the hood to specification. Refer to: Body and Frame
.
- Tighten the nuts.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
- Tighten the bolts.
Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
- Check the body to the hood dimensions. Refer to: Body and Frame
.
Up/Down
- Check the body to the hood dimensions. Refer to: Body and Frame .
- On both sides. Loosen the bolts to permit movement of the hood. Loosen: 2 turn(s)
- Loosen the bolts. Loosen: 2 turn(s)
- Adjust the hood to specification. Refer to: Body and Frame
.
- On both sides. Tighten the bolts.
Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
- Tighten the bolts.
Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
