Remote Function Actuator (RFA) Module: Removal

NOTE: This step is only necessary if the Remote Function Actuator (RFA) module is being replaced.

NOTE: Prior to the replacement of the module, it is necessary to upload the module configuration information to the scan tool. This information must be downloaded into the new module after installation. For additional information, refer to Programmable Module Installation (PMI) .

Upload the module configuration information from the RFA module by following the scan tool on screen instructions.
Remove the RH side instrument panel hush panel.

Remove the 2 nuts and remove the RFA module.
- Disconnect the RFA module electrical connectors.
