Cruise Control Module (CCM): Removal

- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to: Front Bumper Cover . Refer to: Front Bumper Cover - Vehicles With: SVT Performance Package . Refer to: Front Bumper Cover - GT500 .
- Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the CCM from the bracket.
- Inspect the CCM grommets for damage. Replace any damaged grommets
- If bracket removal is required, separate the wiring harness retainer from the CCM bracket.
- Remove the CCM bracket.
- Remove the CCM bracket bolt.
Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
- Remove the CCM bracket bolt.
Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
- Remove the CCM bracket nut.
Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
- Slide the CCM bracket left and then down.
- Remove the CCM bracket bolt.
NOTE:
Gently pry the CCM (cruise control module) from the retaining studs.
