Front Lower Control Arm Bracket: Removal
NOTE:
LH side shown in illustration, RH side similar.
- Restore the vehicle to manufacturer's dimensions if required. Refer to: BODY DIMENSIONS AND BODY CONSTRUCTION
.NOTE: The frame mounted lower control arm brackets are retained to the frame #1 crossmember by welds.
- Remove the lower control arm. Refer to: Lower Arm .

NOTE: Be careful not to cut into the frame cross member, it will be reused.
Grind the welds holding the front lower arm control bracket to the frame and remove the front lower arm control bracket. Use the General Equipment: Grinder
