Axle Carrier Bushing: Installation

- Using the special tools, install the axle tube bushing. Use Special Service Tool: 204-187 (T95T-5638-BH) Installer, Front Differential Housing Bushing., 205-371 (T96T-5638-E) Remover, Front Axle Mounting Bushing Cup., 205-374 (T96T-5638-H) Installer, Front Axle Mounting Bushing Drawbolt., 205-376 (T96T-5638-K) Remover, Front Axle Mounting Bushing.
- Using the special tools, install the rear housing bushing. Use Special Service Tool: 204-187 (T95T-5638-BH) Installer, Front Differential Housing Bushing., 205-371 (T96T-5638-E) Remover, Front Axle Mounting Bushing Cup., 205-374 (T96T-5638-H) Installer, Front Axle Mounting Bushing Drawbolt., 205-376 (T96T-5638-K) Remover, Front Axle Mounting Bushing.
- Using the special tools, install the front housing bushing. Use Special Service Tool: 204-186 (T95T-5638-AH) Remover, Front Differential Housing Bushing., 204-187 (T95T-5638-BH) Installer, Front Differential Housing Bushing., 205-289 (T89P-1249-A) Installer, Wheel Hub Dust Seal., 205-374 (T96T-5638-H) Installer, Front Axle Mounting Bushing Drawbolt., 205-527 Remover/Installer, Front Differential Housing Bushing.
- Install the drive pinion flange. Refer to: Drive Pinion Flange and Seal .
- Install the axle assembly. Refer to: Axle Assembly .
