The lane keeping aid or lane keeping alert provides early feedback on one side of the lane and late feedback on the other side of the lane.
Possible Sources
- Dirty or cracked windshield
- Loose or incorrectly installed IPMA
- Camera alignment
- BA1 CHECK FOR THE CORRECT IPMA (IMAGE PROCESSING MODULE A) INSTALLATION
- Ignition ON.
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) for the module in question.
Was an obvious cause found?
Yes CLEAN and INSPECT the windshield in front of the camera. INSPECT the IPMA for proper installation. Using a diagnostic scan tool, PERFORM the front camera alignment. No The repair is complete.
