Roof Opening Panel Alignment: Adjustment

Measurement 

1. Measure the roof opening panel movable glass height/flushness.
   • Measure the roof opening panel sliding glass front edge-to-header panel height/flushness. Refer to the specifications as shown in illustration.
   • Measure the roof opening panel sliding glass rear edge-to-roof opening panel fixed glass height/flushness. Refer to the specifications as shown in illustration.

2. • Measure the roof opening panel sliding glass front edge-to-header panel margins. Refer to the specifications as shown in illustration.
   • Measure the roof opening panel sliding glass rear edge-to-roof opening panel fixed glass margins. Refer to the specifications as shown in illustration.

   Alignment 

3. If closed, open the roof opening panel shield.

4. NOTE: RH side shown in illustration, LH side similar.
   1. On both sides. Loosen the screws.
   2. Adjust the glass to specifications shown in illustration in measurement steps.

5. On both sides. Tighten the screws.

   Torque

   : 53 lb.in (6 Nm)

6. Close the roof opening panel shield.
