Rear Wheel Speed Sensor: Removal

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
- On both sides. Using compressed air, clean the area surrounding the rear wheel speed sensor.

- On both sides. Remove the rear wheel speed sensor bolt and detach the sensor.
Torque
: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)
- On both sides. Detach the harness retainer.
- On both sides. Disconnect the parking brake actuator motor electrical connector.
- On both sides. Remove the rear wheel speed sensor bolt and detach the sensor.
- Detach the harness retainers from the rear axle.
- Disconnect the EPB and rear wheel speed sensor electrical connectors.
- Detach the EPB and rear wheel speed sensor electrical connector retainers.
- Detach the harness.

- Disconnect the rear differential electrical connector.
- Push the locking tab up and detach the harness routing bracket.
- Detach the harness retainer and remove the rear wheel speed sensor and EPB harness assembly.
