Choke Unloader
NOTE:
Adjustment is performed using choke valve angle gauge. See ANGLE GAUGE ADJUSTMENT TOOL procedure at beginning of ADJUSTMENTS.
- Attach rubber band to Green tang of intermediate choke shaft. Open throttle to allow choke valve to close. Attach angle gauge and set angle to specification.
- Hold secondary lock-out lever away from pin. Hold throttle lever in wide open position. See Fig 1.
- To adjust, bend fast idle lever tang until bubble of angle gauge is centered.
NOTE:
Adjust with secondary lock-out lever held away from pin.
