Transfer Case

With vehicle in level position, remove filler plug and check fluid level. If level is below bottom of filler plug hole, add sufficient lubricant to restore level to bottom of filler hole.
CAUTION:
On transfer cases with PTO, if proper fill procedures are not followed, transfer case or PTO failure could result. Transfer cases with PTO's will have a fill plug labeled FOR PTO FILL ONLY on front of case.
