Installation (Driver-Side)

  1. Install driver-side air bag module connector, and CPA clip. Install air bag module to steering wheel, ensuring that no wiring is pinched. Press module into retaining tabs until it is secured properly in all 4 locations. Rotate steering wheel back into straight position.
  2. Reactivate air bag system. See ACTIVATING SYSTEM  . Ensure proper system function. See SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK  .
