Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
Remove the oil pan drain plug.
Completely drain the engine oil.
Disconnect the engine oil level sensor electrical connector.
Remove the engine oil level sensor.
