Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fan clutch. Refer to FAN CLUTCH REPLACEMENT .
  2. Remove the drive belt. Refer to DRIVE BELT TENSIONER REPLACEMENT for 2.2L or DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT for 4.3L.
  3. Remove the power steering pump pulley using J 25034-C  .
