Compressor Sealing Washers Replacement

IMPORTANT:
If you use the correct washers, there should be a space of 1.2 mm (0.047 in) between the suction/discharge hose block and the compressor rear head.
- Clean all of the sealing surfaces with a lint-free cloth in order to prevent dirt or foreign material from getting into the following sealing surface components:
- The washers
- The hose block
- The compressor ports
- Install the sealing washer onto the pilots of the suction/discharge fitting.
Ensure that the washers are seated against the surface of the block fitting.
- Install the hose block to the compressor.
Ensure that the sealing washers are seated within the compressor's machined surfaces.
- Hold the block in place and tighten the attachment bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).
