Adjustment Procedure

  1. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement .

    IMPORTANT: Ensure the sunroof module alignments are kept within these specifications to prevent wind and water leaks. Secure the 4 corner fasteners. DO NOT secure the remaining fastener at this time.
  2. Position the sunroof module to the roof opening. Refer to Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement (C3Y)  or Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement (CF5) .
  3. Install the torx bit screws.
  4. Adjust the 4 corner nuts to flushness dimensions,
    • Adjust the window panel to the front roof edge (1). Adjust to - 1.0 mm (0.04 in).
    • Adjust the window panel to the rear roof edge (2). Adjust to - 1.0 mm (0.04 in).
  5. Install the remaining bolts. Refer to Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement (C3Y)  or Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement (CF5) .
  6. Install the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement .
