Installation Procedure

    NOTE:

    Ensure the front brake bearing shield is fully seated against the ridge in the steering knuckle.

  1. Using a hydraulic press, install the front brake bearing shield (1).

  2. Install the steering knuckle (1). Refer to Steering Knuckle Replacement (4WD, Without ZR2)Steering Knuckle Replacement (2WD, Without ZR2)Steering Knuckle Replacement (4WD, With ZR2) .
  3. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
