- Clear the DTC, perform the Stop Start Capacitor Control State of Health Reset.
- Verify DTC P106E does not set while operating the vehicle within the conditions for running the DTC.
- If the DTC is set
- Replace the K176 Stop/Start Capacitor Control Module
- Verify DTC P106E does not set while operating the vehicle within the conditions for running the DTC.
- If the DTC is set, replace the C10 Stop/Start Capacitor.
- If the DTC is not set, all OK.
- If the DTC is not set
- All OK.
