Installation Procedure

    Engine Coolant Fan (2) @ Radiator - Install Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LCV LGX) 

  2. GM4293296

    Engine Coolant Fan Module Radiator (1) - Install

  3. GM4292151

    Radiator Upper Bracket (2) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (Right Side) Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (Left Side) 

  4. GM4292152

    Radiator Upper Bracket (2) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (Right Side) Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (Left Side) 

  5. GM4286915

    Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe (3) - Install - Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (with V08)

  6. GM4286911

    Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe (3) - Install - Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (with V08)

    Air Conditioning Condenser (1) - Install - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (With V08)Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (Without V08)

    Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle (1) - Install - Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Replacement

    Radiator Air Lower Baffle (1) - Remove - Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement (LCV) 

  10. Wiring Harness @ Engine Coolant Fan - Connect

    Electrical Connector (1) @ Engine Coolant Fan - Connect

    Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LCV)

    Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LCV From Radiator Surge Tank to Radiator and Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe) 

  14. GM4374398

    Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LCV) 

  15. GM4363217

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Support - Upper (4) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement - Upper

  16. GM4361327

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Support (2) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement

  17. GM4364075

    Intake Air Splash Shield (3) - Install - Intake Air Splash Shield Replacement

  18. Install the front bumper fascia. Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
  19. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) 
  20. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
