Installation Procedure

  1. Install Fuse Block (1)

  3. When installing the battery positive cable clamp to the battery positive post, make sure the clamp is seated correctly on the post.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Install Battery Positive Post Clamp Nut (1) and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  7. Install Battery Positive Junction Block Cable Nut (3) and tighten 16 N.m (12 lb in)
  8. Install Positive Battery Cable Terminal Nut-Large (2) and tighten 16 N.m (12 lb ft)
  9. Install Positive Battery Cable Terminal Nut-Small (1) and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  11. Install Body Wiring Harness Terminal Nut (2) and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  12. Connect Body Wiring Harness Connector (1)
