Installation Procedure

  1. Install Upper Brake Caliper Guide Pin (1)
    2. NOTE:

    The lower brake caliper guide pin is equipped with a bushing and MUST be installed in the same location.

  2. Install Lower Brake Caliper Guide Pin (2)

  3. Install Brake Caliper (1)

    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  4. Install Brake Caliper Guide Pin Bolt (1) and tighten 72 N.m (53 lb ft)
  5. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
