Installation Procedure

    Install the generator. (2)

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Generator Bolt (1) Install and tighten [2X] 58 N.m (43 lb ft)

    Connect the electrical connector. (4)

  4. Battery Positive Cable (3) - Install
  5. Generator Nut (2) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  6. Generator Terminal Protective Boot (1) - Install

    Drive Belt (2) - Install - Drive Belt Replacement

    Install the engine coolant fan rear shroud upper bolts. (1) Engine Coolant Fan Rear Shroud Replacement (LWN)

    Charge Air Cooler Outlet Duct (3) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Duct Replacement

  10. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
