Installation Procedure

  1. Inspect the brake caliper pins, pin clips, and brake pad springs for damage or excessive corrosion and replace, if necessary.

  3. Install the brake pad spring (1).

  5. Carefully drive the brake caliper pins (1) into the brake caliper.
  6. Ensure the brake caliper pins are fully seated in the brake caliper.

  8. Install the disc brake pad pin clips (1).
  9. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
