1	Fuel Feed Intermediate Pipe CAUTION: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution . Procedure DISCARD the fuel feed intermediate pipe. Hand start both fuel feed intermediate pipe fittings before tightening to specification. Tighten Tighten the fitting to the fuel injection fuel rail to 15 N.m (11 lb ft) Tighten the fitting to the fuel pump to 15 N.m (11 lb ft) Tighten the fitting to the fuel injection fuel rail to 30 N.m (22 lb ft) Tighten the fitting to the fuel pump to 30 N.m (22 lb ft)

CAUTION:

Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

Procedure

DISCARD the fuel feed intermediate pipe.
Hand start both fuel feed intermediate pipe fittings before tightening to specification.

Tighten
Tighten the fitting to the fuel injection fuel rail to 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
Tighten the fitting to the fuel pump to 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
Tighten the fitting to the fuel injection fuel rail to 30 N.m (22 lb ft)
Tighten the fitting to the fuel pump to 30 N.m (22 lb ft)
