Installation Procedure

  1. Install Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block (1).

  2. Engage Retaining Tab (1) - [6x]

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  3. Install Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Mounting Bolt (1) and tighten [3x] 7 N.m (62 lb in)

  4. Install Wiring Harness Terminal (4) - [5x]
  5. Install Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Nut (1) and tighten [5x] 4.7 N.m (42 lb in)
  6. Install Battery Positive Junction Block Cable (3).
  7. Install Battery Positive Junction Block Cable Nut (2) and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb in)

  8. Install Junction Block Cover (2).
  9. Engage Retaining Tab (1) - [2x]

  10. Install Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Cover (2).
  11. Engage Retaining Tab (1) - [3x]
  12. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
