Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

    Intake Manifold Cover(3) - Remove - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement

    Charge Air Cooler Outlet Duct(3) - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Duct Replacement

    Drive Belt(2) - Remove - Drive Belt Replacement

    Disconnect the electrical connector.(4)

  6. Generator Terminal Protective Boot(1) - Remove
  7. Generator Nut(2) - Remove
  8. Battery Positive Cable(3) - Remove

    Generator Bolt(1) - Remove[2X]

  10. Remove the generator.(2)
