Installation Procedure

  1. Position the clutch control module (1) onto the rear axle.

  3. Reconnect the electrical connectors to the clutch control module.

  5. Install the control module brackets (1).

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    NOTE:

    Apply loctite before installing bolts.

  7. Install the clutch control module bolts (1). Tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  9. Install the control module bracket bolts (1). Tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  11. Install the control module bracket bolt (1). Tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  12. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
  13. Reprogram the K47 Rear Differential Clutch Control Module. Control Module References
