Removal Procedure

- Prepare the control module for removal using the SPS programming support tool. K47 Rear Differential Clutch Control Module: Programming and Setup
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
- Remove the control module bracket bolt (1).
- Remove the control module bracket bolts (1).
- Remove the four control module bolts (1).
- Remove the control module brackets (1).
- Disconnect the connectors from the control module.
- Remove Wiring Harness Retainer from Clutch Control Module.
- Remove the clutch control module (1) by rotating it 180 degrees and sliding it out of the passenger side area above the axle shaft.
NOTE:
The rear differential clutch control module can now be removed and replaced.
