Removal Procedure

  1. Prepare the control module for removal using the SPS programming support tool. K47 Rear Differential Clutch Control Module: Programming and Setup
  2. NOTE:

    The rear differential clutch control module can now be removed and replaced.

  3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

  5. Remove the control module bracket bolt (1).

  7. Remove the control module bracket bolts (1).

  9. Remove the four control module bolts (1).

  13. Disconnect the connectors from the control module.
  14. Remove Wiring Harness Retainer from Clutch Control Module.

  16. Remove the clutch control module (1) by rotating it 180 degrees and sliding it out of the passenger side area above the axle shaft.
