Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  2. Fuel Filter Assembly - Remove - Fuel Filter Assembly Replacement (Chassis Cab)

    Fuel Filter Bracket Nut (1) - Loosen

    4. NOTE:

    It is NOT necessary to remove both auxiliary fuel tank strap bolts.

  4. Auxiliary Fuel Tank Strap Bolt (2) - Remove

    Fuel Filter Bracket Nut (1) - Loosen

    Slide the fuel filter bracket (1) to the left and remove the fuel filter bracket.

    Disconnect the electrical connector. (1)

  8. Wiring Harness Retainer (2) - Remove
  9. Trailer Brake Power Control Module Nut (3) - Remove [ 2x]
  10. Trailer Brake Power Control Module (4) - Remove
