Installation Procedure

NOTE:
- Fuel feed front pipe contains a check valve and needs to be installed properly to prevent engine performance issues.
- The fuel feed front pipe end with Oetiker clamp (3) must be connected to the high pressure pump on the engine.
Fuel Feed Front Pipe(2) - Connect[2x] - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Fuel Feed Front Pipe Retainer (1) - Install

Engine Control Module and Engine Wiring Harness Bracket(2) - Install

CAUTION:

Engine Control Module and Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[2x]9 N.m (80 lb in)
Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement
Intake Manifold Cover - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
Cycle ignition to pressurize fuel system and check for fuel leaks.
