Installation Procedure

    Install fuse block and tabs (1) to the battery.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Fuse Block Wiring Harness Terminal - Install [ 5x ]

  3. Body Wiring Harness Terminal Nut (1) - Install and tighten [ 4x ] 9 N.m (80 lb/in)
  4. Starter and Generator Positive Cable Nut (2) - Install and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb/in)

    Connect the body wiring harness connector. (1)

    Battery Positive Cable - Install

  7. Battery Positive Cable and Nut (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb/in)
  8. Install the small wire.
  9. Positive Battery Cable Nut (1) Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb/in).

    Starter Solenoid Cable (2) - Install

  11. Starter Solenoid Cable Nut (1) - Install and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb/in).

    Fuse Block Cover (1) - Install

  13. Battery Negative Cable - Connect - Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
