Removal Procedure

    Front Cradle - (2) Remove - Front Cradle Removal and Installation

    Disconnect the electrical connectors. (1)

  3. High Voltage Battery Coolant Cooler Inlet Hose (2) - Disconnect
  4. Heater Coolant Heater Inlet Hose (3) - Disconnect

    High Voltage Battery Heater Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]

  6. High Voltage Battery Heater Module (2) - Remove

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (1) - Remove [7x]

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (1) - Remove [5x]

    Disconnect the electrical connector. (1) - Disconnect

  10. Front Electric Drive Transmission Module Hose (2) - Disconnect
  11. High Voltage Battery Coolant Inlet Hose (3) - Disconnect
  12. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (4) - Remove [3x]

    High Voltage Battery Coolant Inlet Hose (1) - Remove

  14. High Voltage Battery Coolant Cooler Outlet Hose (2) - Remove
  15. High Voltage Battery Coolant Pump Inlet Hose (3) - Remove
  16. Front Electric Drive Transmission Module Hose (4) - Remove

    High Voltage Battery Heater Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  18. Remove the engine wiring and battery positive cable harness retainer (2).

    Disconnect the electrical connector. (1) - Disconnect

  21. Remove the engine wiring and battery positive cable harness retainers (2).

    Disconnect the electrical connectors. (1)

  23. Remove the battery positive and negative cable retainer (2).
  24. Battery Cable Clip Bracket Bolt (3) - Remove [4x]
