Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON.
  2. Ignition OFF and all vehicle systems OFF.
  3. Inspect the exhaust hose, compressor, and related air lines for damage, improper seating, or evidence of water/ice in the system.
    • If an issue is found 

      Repair or replace as necessary

    • Go to next step: If an issue is not found 
  4. Replace the Air Suspension Controller.
  5. Clear DTCs. Operate system under the Conditions for Running the DTC.
  6. Verify DTCs do not reset.
    • If DTC sets 

      Replace the K5 Automatic Level Control Module

    • Go to next step: If the DTC does not set 
  7. A fault is not currently present and may be an intermittent condition.
