Installation Procedure

    High Voltage Connector (3) - Install [2x] High Voltage Connectors

  2. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Bracket (2) - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cooling Inlet Hose Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Battery Positive and Negative Cable (3) - Install

  5. Install the battery positive and negative cable retainers (2).
  6. Auxiliary Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Battery Charger (2) - Install

  8. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications 
  9. Wiring Harness Retainer - Install

    NOTE:

    Starter Generator Negative Ground Cable (2) - Install [2x]

  11. Battery Negative Cable Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Electric Drive Transmission Module Positive and Negative Cable (4) - Install

  13. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Positive and Negative Cable Channel Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  14. Install the 3 rear electric drive transmission module positive and negative cable retainers (2).
  15. Connect the electrical connector. (1) High Voltage Connectors

    Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Positive and Negative Cable (3) - Install

  17. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Positive and Negative Cable Channel Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  18. Connect the electrical connectors. (1) High Voltage Connectors

    Install the drive motor power distribution control module positive and negative cable retainer (1).

    Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Protector (2) - Install

  21. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Hose (6) - Install

  23. Install the drive motor power distribution control module hose retainers (5).
  24. Rear Electric Drive Transmission Module Coolant Hose (4) - Connect
  25. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Hose (3) - Connect
  26. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Nut (2) - Install
  27. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Suspension Cradle (1) - Install - Rear Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation

  29. Run all necessary programming and setup procedures. Control Module References
