Removal Procedure

  1. Using the scan tool, deflate the automatic level control air supply reservoir.

    With the aid of an assistant, remove the fascia. (1) Rear Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation

    Underbody Rear Air Deflector Retainer (1) - Remove [3x]

    Underbody Rear Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Remove [17x]

    Underbody Rear Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Remove [6x]

    Underbody Rear Air Rear Deflector (1) - Remove

    Electrical Connector (2) - Remove [3x]

  8. Remove the 7 automatic level control air compressor tube fitting (1) from the air suspension control module manifold assembly.

    Remove the hose clamp (1) from the automatic level control air compressor inlet tube (2).

  10. Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Inlet Tube (2) - Remove
  11. Remove the 4 automatic level control air compressor inlet tube retainers (3).

    Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Bolt (1) - Remove

  13. Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Nut (2) - Remove [2x]

    Automatic Level Control Module (1) - Remove

    Remove the 2 automatic level control air compressor bolts (1).

  16. Remove the air suspension control module manifold assembly and air suspension control module (2) as an assembly.

    Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  18. Separate the air suspension control module (3) from the air suspension control module manifold assembly (2).
