Removal Procedure

  1. Fuel Tank - Remove - Fuel Tank Replacement (FWD)

    Disconnect the electrical connectors. (1)

  3. Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. Fuel Tank Vent Hose (3) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  5. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (4) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Sender Cam (1) - Remove - use CH-52075  Fuel Pump Lock Ring Wrench (2)

    Fuel Tank Vent Hose (1) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Remove

  9. Fuel Pump Seal (2) - Remove and DISCARD
