Prerequisite Condition	Engine is running with speed higher than 32 rpm. Battery voltage is higher than 10V. Time elapsed after ignition switch ON is longer than 2.6 seconds.
Threshold Value	No message is came from HVAC (Ambient Air Temperature Sensor) during 500 msec.
Diagnosis Time	1.5 Seconds
MIL On Condition	3 driving cycles
