Repair Procedures: Replacement
CAUTION:
- Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
- When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
NOTE:
- Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
- Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.
(Refer to Rear Seat - "REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY ")
- Press the lock pin and remove the rear console headrest (A) by pulling upward.
- Press the lock pin and remove the headrest guide (A) by pulling upward.
- Loosen the mounting screws and nuts, remove the rear console frame (A).
- Disconnect the rear console wiring harness (A) from the rear console.
- Loosen the mounting screw and remove the floor outer shield cover (A).

- Loosen the mounting bolt, detach the rear console armrest.

- Loosen the mounting screws and remove the rear console armrest assembly (A).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Information
- Make sure the connector is connected properly.
- Replace any damage clips.
