Repair Procedures: Removal
- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
- Disconnect the accelerator position sensor connector (A).
- Remove the mounting caps (A).
- Remove the accelerator pedal (A) after loosening the mounting bolt and nut.
Tightening torque
8.9 - 13.7 N.m (0.9 - 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 - 10.1 lb.ft))
