Repair Procedures: Inspection
- Measure the resistance between the NTC and heated pad.
- NTC resistance (Black/Yellow, Black) - 10.0 kΩ ± 10% (25°C)
8.875 ~ 11.27 kΩ (23°C ~ 27°C)
- Heated pad resistance (Yellow, Black) - 1.7 ± 0.2 Ω
- NTC resistance (Black/Yellow, Black) - 10.0 kΩ ± 10% (25°C)
- Measure a temperature.
- The temperature of wheel surface grip must rise from -20°C to 20°C within 6 minutes.
- The temperature of the wheel surface grip must remain at 38°C ± 4°C after 25 minutes.
- Every measuring spots (1-8).
