Repair Procedures: Replacement
CAUTION:
- When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
- Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the inside rear view mirror cover (A).
- Remove the rain sensor cover (A).
- Separate the auto defogging sensor connector (A) and remove the auto defogging sensor (B).
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
- Be careful to damage the windshield glass.
- Make sure the hood latch release cable is connected properly.
