Removal And Installation
- Disconnect the auxiliary 12V battery (-) terminal.
- Remove the power electric side cover [RH] (A).
- Disconnect the continuously variable damping control connector (A).
- Remove the junction block cable (A).
Tightening torque:
4.9 - 7.8 N.m (0.5 - 0.8 kgf.m, 3.6 - 5.8 lb-ft)
- Remove the junction block (A) after removing the nuts.
Tightening torque:
4.9 - 7.8 N.m (0.5 - 0.8 kgf.m, 3.6 - 5.8 lb-ft)
- Disconnect the vehicle control unit (VCU) connector (A).
- Remove the vehicle control unit (VCU) (A) after removing nuts.
Tightening Torque:
7.8 - 11.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb-ft)
- Remove the vehicle control unit (VCU) from the bracket by removing the bolts (A).
Tightening Torque:
7.8 - 11.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb-ft)
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
