Repair Procedures: Replacement

CAUTION:
  • Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
  • When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
  • Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
  1. Remove the rear console armrest tray (A).

  2. Remove the rear console armrest mat (A).

  3. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the rear console armrest cover assembly (A).

  4. Disconnect the rear console armrest connector (A).

  5. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the rear console upper assembly (A).

  6. Disconnect the rear console upper assembly connector (A).

  7. Disconnect the rear console assembly lamp connector (A).

  8. Remove the rear console assembly bolt cover (A).

  9. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the rear console assembly (A).

  10. To install, reverse removal procedure.

    Information 

    • Make sure the connector is connected properly.
    • Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
