Neutral Safety Switch

  1. Set parking brake. Place gearshift in Neutral. Loosen neutral safety switch adjusting bolt. See Figure . Move neutral safety switch back and forth until a click is heard.
  2. Hold switch at this position and tighten neutral switch adjusting bolt to specification. Ensure starter operates with gearshift lever in Neutral and Park only.
