THROTTLE POSITION SWITCH CONTINUITY (EXCEPT GSi)

Condition (1) Continuity Reading
Between Terminals E2 & IDL (2)(3) Continuity
Between Terminals E2 & IDL (3)(4) No Continuity
(1) Rotate throttle switch to obtain correct continuity.
(2) With .028" (.71 mm) feeler gauge installed between stop screw and lever.
(3) The terminal E2 is the Brown wire and terminal IDL is the Blue wire.
(4) With .032" (.81 mm) feeler gauge installed between stop screw and lever.
