Wipers Do Not Operate; Switch In Any Position
- Turn ignition on. Using a test light, probe Blue/White wire at combination switch. If test light comes on, go to next step. If test light does not come on, check for open in Blue/White wire (Blue wire after splice) between combination switch and junction block No. 1. Repair wire as necessary. If wire is okay, replace junction block No. 1.
- Using a DVOM, measure voltage in Blue/Black wire at combination switch. Set wiper/washer switch in "LO" position. If voltage is greater than 10 volts, check for open in White/Black wire between junction connector and ground. Repair wire as necessary. If wire is okay, replace windshield wiper motor. If voltage is less than, replace combination switch.
