Test No. 5
- Disconnect door lock control module connector. Turn ignition on. Connect fused jumper wire between ground and lock control module connector terminal No. 2 (Green/White wire). If indicator does not light, go to next step. If indicator lights, check for poor connection at lock control module connector. If okay, replace lock control module.
- Using fused jumper connected to ground, backprobe instrument panel cluster 16-pin connector terminal No. 10 (Green/White wire). If indicator lights, repair open in Green/White wire between cluster connector and lock control module. If indicator does not light, check for poor connection at cluster connector. If okay, repair or replace IP cluster printed circuit.
