Both Power Mirrors Inoperative

1. Turn ignition off. Remove driver's door panel. See DOOR PANEL  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Disconnect 10-pin power mirror switch harness connector. Turn ignition on. Using a voltmeter, measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 9 of power mirror switch harness connector. See Fig 1 . If battery voltage is present, go to next step. If battery voltage is not present, check for an open in Yellow/Black wire between power mirror switch and fuse No. 7. Repair as necessary. Retest system.
2. Turn ignition off. Using an ohmmeter, check for continuity between terminal No. 10 of power mirror switch harness connector and ground. If no continuity is present, check for an open in Black wire between power mirror switch and ground. If continuity is present, check each mirror individually. See procedures under LEFT MIRROR INOPERATIVE or RIGHT MIRROR INOPERATIVE  . Repair as necessary.
