Steering Lock: Removal
- Before proceeding, disable SRS. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM . Remove steering column covers.
- Disconnect ignition switch. Center punch 2 shear bolts and carefully drill heads off lock shear bolts. Remove bolts and steering lock assembly.
