All Windows Inoperative

Blown fuse No. 15 (100-amp on 2.2L SOHC VTEC (F22B1) engine; 80-amp on 2.2L SOHC (F22B2) engine) in underhood fuse box. Blown fuse No. 37 (7.5-amp) in underhood fuse/relay box. Faulty power window relay. Faulty key-off timer circuit in integrated control unit. Open in White/Red wire.
