Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor 1/Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor 2

The ECT sensor/ECT sensor 2 is a temperature dependent resistor (thermistor). The resistance of the thermistor decreases as the engine coolant temperature increases.
